My Listings (and Sales)
The practice of Limited Dual Agency, where one Real Estate Agent represents both the Buyer and the Seller in a real estate transaction is banned in British Columbia, and the Real Estate Council of B.C. urges Buyers to obtain agency representation from their own Real Estate professional.
